Andrea Bethge is a Dressage trainer and an Olympic discipline of Dressage. She wanted a logo for her school of Dressage in California that included an Indian mandala, which is one of her hobbies.
The creative connection started when we discovered the formal similarity that existed between the Dressage pad having a pattern of lines and geometric figures that a horse must follow and figures that form mandalas. The logo consists of a silhouette of a horse and the rider with the geometry of the Dressage track as a background.
