The client created a new service category consisting of the strategic management of a property, with the focus on a comprehensive approach including technical, financial, legal and the search of opportunities.
We created the name Geix that comes from "Gerencia del Inmueble" -Property Management-, which is a short name that sounds interesting and professional, and is much more interesting with the x at the end.
We provide the logo with warm and vital colors that stand out even more on the black background, and with black and white photography.
