The main restaurant of the Sortis hotel in Panama must have it's own identity and be different from contemporary luxury that of the hotel, giving it the possibility of positioning itself as a top-notch restaurant and not just "the hotel restaurant".
The restaurant offers Latin American and American cuisine, and it's inspired by the classic Panama during the late 19th century, with the construction of the canal, the birth of the Republic, and the influence of Europe and America.
We created the name Manabi which is the city where Panamanian hats are made. The design of the brand is contemporary with earth colors, the brand elements using natural elements such as fabrics, distressed leathers, and handmade sewing.
